About the job
Our Client, in the Accounting Industry has openings for Accounts Executive.
Mondays - Fridays
9am – 6pm
To perform accounting services including maintaining a smooth running & efficient Accounts Department.
Verifies the completeness and accuracy of documentation
Prepares schedules, reports, and financial statements
Prepare monthly management or financial reports and provide variance on balance sheet, P&L and cashflow.
Preparation of annual budgeting and forecast
Submission of GST, tax computation
Responsible for Audit schedule and liaise with auditors on audit matters
Oversee & maintain of AR and AP transactions
Monthly reconciliation of customer, supplier, inter-company, bank & inventory
Verification and checking entries for all cheques
Other accounting-related duties as assigned
Minimum 1-3 years full set Accounts experiences
Independent with good Leadership and Management skills
Knowledge of the Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, GST Act and relevant tax rules and guidelines
Meticulous, highly-driven and self-motivated
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel)
Up to $3,000 depending on experience
