Our Client, in the IT Industry has openings for IT Lead.
**CONTRACT**
5 Days Work
9am - 6pm
Responsibilities:
To lead the technical team, and as a subject matter expert for any IT related issues
Lead the technical aspects of the team in adhering to project management, to ensure client requirements, good quality project handover and schedule are met.
Identify, recommend and implement suitable technologies and conceptualize, strategize and develop project plans to meet business needs and optimal ways of utilizing organization’s systems
Assist in team development and manage technical
Oversee all aspects of project implementation and ensure project is on schedule
Requirements
Minimum degree in Computer Science, Computer, Electrical Engineering, IT or equivalent
At least three years experience in leading a team or project management in one of these related fields (e.g. Java EE development).
Has led a team of IT professionals for at least 3 years with strong managerial skills.
Preferably have completed at least 1 project using Scrum or equivalent as the Agile software development framework if participating in an Agile development project.
