About the job
Our Client, in the Construction Industry located in the West has opening for Project Admin cum PRO.
Provide administrative support to Project Team
Coordination and communication between HQ and site team
Prepare minutes of meeting and follow up weekly meeting.
Updating and Upkeeping of Project Documents/proper filing and Maintenance related Documents (document control)
To monitor and follow up project related submission.
Checking worker punch log
Assist in petty cash preparation and submission to account
Assist in ISO & GGBS audit
Attend to residents’ feedback
Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Diploma in Public Relations / Communications or related field;
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in related field;
Must be able to follow instructions well, be able to take the initiative
Can work in a fast-paced team environment
Must be organized, detail-oriented, reliable, punctual and be able to do multi-task
Must be able to meet tight deadlines
Able to take minutes in the meeting
Up to $3000
