Our Client, in the IT Industry has openings for Scrum Master,


**CONTRACT**
5 Days Work
9am - 6pm


Responsibilities:

  • Define and get the agreement the Definition of Done (requirements, concepts, preparation and execution of tests, analysis of test results) with the development teams and stake holders.

  • Participate and contribute to project success using AGILE methodology.

  • Work closely with business users and technical team from user stories till the actual implementation

  • Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, resolving any outstanding issues faced in the coursed of projects.

  • AGILE based software development to build and integrate functionality between mobile applications and backend CMS (Sitecore) platform

  • Provide business support for enhancements, change requests, bugfixes, user acceptance testing, project documentation and testcases.

Requirements

  • Shall have a degree in Computer Science, Computing, Electrical Engineering, IT or equivalent

  • Three years experience as a Scrum Master in AGILE projects in one of the related fields (e.g. Java EE development).

  • Should be a great team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Project Management Profession PMP certification will be desirable

  • Certified Scrum Profession SCP certification is a major plus
